| Crash Zone 8 3D
|
For 10 years The
Crash Zone has been the drawing program of
choice for Accident Reconstructionists who
insist on functionality, precision, and ease of
use. The new Crash Zone Version 8 has even more
tools for crash investigators, including easy 3D
animations, a vehicle specifications database,
skid analysis and momentum calculations, and an
easy-to-use 3D body poser! No special training
is required! Free Technical Support!

New Version 8! New
calculation tools make it easy to determine pre-impact and
post-impact speeds from skid marks (even across different
surfaces) and determine impact speeds with the new Momentum
Calculator. Use the Vehicle Database to obtain exact
specifications for weight and wheelbase values to use in the
speed formulas. The new Body Poser lets you easily pose bodies
in 3D!

3D Animations!
Now you can put your 2D and 3D diagrams in motion using The
Crash Zone’s new 3D Animation Tools. Just draw the path of the
vehicles that you want to put in motion, based on the
measurements you took at the scene. Place Key Event Points to
show changes in the vehicle’s velocity and rotation, then watch
it move. It’s the easiest way to create accurate animations of
crash and crime scenes!

Easy Vehicle Database! Now you can
obtain vehicle specifications and a scaled outline for most
vehicles by selecting them from an industry-standard database.
The outline is drawn to exact specifications for length, width,
center of mass, wheelbase, front and rear overhang. Easily
stretch any of the detailed, 3D vehicle symbols to have the same
size as the outline.
(Specifications are based on the Canadian
Vehicle Specifications as published posted by the Canadian
Assoc. of Road Safety Professionals, CARSP.) |

More 3D! New tools make it painless to pose
bodies exactly the way you want to see them in 3D Easily draw 3D
surfaces and trajectories, place symbols on slopes and assign
exact heights, generate profiles, even show evidence on walls
and vertical surfaces! |
| ü |
Easy to Learn! Unique
"Easy Tools" let you draw complex intersections, streets, and
buildings with just a few clicks! More than 70 training movies
show you exactly how to draw! Free phone Technical Support! |

Training Widely
Available! Training courses are available at
colleges and institutes across North America, including
The IPTM, Henry Lee Institute, Ontario Police College,
Fox Valley College, UC Riverside, and many more. |

Faster! Quickly
enter measurements in the new Coordinate Data Entry table!
Pre-drawn symbols and intersection templates make drawing faster
than ever! Create your own symbols and templates too! 60+ line
types - guard rails, fences, and more. |

ü |
More Powerful! New
features let you draw 3D surfaces and trajectories, place
symbols on slopes and assign exact heights, generate profiles,
show evidence on walls and vertical surfaces! |
|
ü |
More Compatible!
Import 3D Data from Sokkia, Nikon, Laser Technology, and from
other laser devices. Import & export AutoCAD .dwg and .dxf
files! Works with The Pocket Zone! |
|

Better Than Ever!
More 2D & 3D symbols and a new Symbol Manager lets you find them
faster! Pose bodies, even in 3D! Easy Intersection Builder
allows more lanes and variable lane widths! More custom line
types! Draw 3D doors & windows! |

Widely accepted
for courtroom exhibits! Thousands of police
officers and crime scene investigators have used diagrams
created with The Crash Zone and The Crime Zone to win their
court cases. You can even make your own animations using images
created with The Crash Zone and Microsoft Power Point®, or any
