The Contour XLRi offers all of
the range performance of the Contour XLR with the addition of a built-in digital
inclinometer featuring a full 360 degree rotation.The XLRi can simplify a
variety of applications including:
mine face profiling
timber cruising
slope measurement
height measurement
horizontal pole/tower separation
The user can quickly switch between operational modes including:
Range and Angle, Horizontal Distance, Vertical Distance, 2-Point Height and
3-Point Height. The serial port output allows easy data recording using a data
logger or PC.
Typical target range capabilities are:
175 m (575 ft) to an overhead cable
400 m (1320 ft) to power/telephone poles
400 m (1320 ft) to trees (no foliage)
800 m (2640 ft) to buildings/trees (with foliage)
The Contour XLRi is rugged and waterproof. When snow, rain, fog
or heavy dust hamper range performance, simply switch to “poor weather” mode and
blast through to your target.
Basic package comes with one (1) battery, one (1) charger and
a soft-pack carry case.
